CoMo

The Computational Modeling Lab is one of the research labs at the department of computer science in the faculty of sciences at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.

CoMo is headed by Prof. Dr. Ann Nowe and Prof. Dr. Bernard Manderick. The activities of CoMo can be summarized by:

Modeling natural phenomena using computational techniques and the application of machine learning techniques for Data Mining and Multi-Agent Systems

CoMo gave a tutorial at EWRL 2008.

CoMo coordinates the FWO scientific network machine learning for data mining and its applications

CoMo co-organized a workshop on kernel methods: International Workshop on Current Challenges in Kernel Methods (CCKM06), Belgium, Brussels, 27-28 Nov 2006.

CoMo is part of the inSilico project, an inter-university consortium sponsored by the IRSIB.
