Student Scholarships

We are pleased to announce that Agentlink has agreed to sponsor a student scholarship program for EUMAS 2005! Students who are co-author of a paper at EUMAS 2005 can apply for partial financial support. A scholarship will include registration with coffee breaks and lunches, an electronic version of the proceeding and a conference dinner. All other expenses will not be covered.

Please note that as a part of the scholarship program, recipients are expected to work as a volunteer, meaning assisting with some technical sessions.

If you like to apply, send an e-mail to kaverbee@vub.ac.be with in the subject line EUMAS SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION, containing the following information:

  • Your name and affiliation
  • The title of your paper that was accepted at EUMAS 2005
  • A small report (max 1 page) including a motivation of your application, a small description of your subject, the status of your work, how long you have been working towards your PhD, etc.

In addition, candidates should complete the registration form and fax it, together with a copy of their student card to +32 2 629 37 08 with the subject line containing EUMAS SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION. The payment of the accepted students will not be processed.

Please note that the deadline for student applications is the same as the early registration deadline, which is: November 16th.
